Poor service

I went to Game @ the Pavilion Shopping Centre today however I'm highly disgusted at the service I received. Nobody knows any of the promotions nor the stock that's available in the store. A guy by the name of Vishal or something like that, tried to assist but wasn't very helpful either. I was told the item I was looking for was out of stock, I looked for something else I was referred to a different sales person, who didn't want to assist because that wasn't his department, when we got to the department he wasn't clued up as to which product was which... So he advised that I should take the item to information to check the price to see if it's what I was looking for. Now what I'm failing to understand is why have him in the store if he is failing to assist customers. Please educate your staff about promotions in order for them to be more confident and customer centric, just to ensure a more pleasurable shopping experience.
