Poor service

Their service is very bad.. I bought a KIC refrigerator on January 26th this year.. and it broke down early November because of a leaking gas. I went to report the issue on the 7th of November since the fridge had a warranty. They said they will send a technician to fix the fridge for me, it has been 14 days and nothing happened yet..I've been calling their center every now and then for them to take this matter seriously since am a student and am done with examination, I wanna go home but am still here in Polokwane waiting for the so called Technician to come fix the fridge. Am so disappointed in Game, I never expected such a poor service from them😔
