Poor service

I ordered online an Alcatel tablet. Days after the order was processed, instead of the device being delivered I received a call stating that the order was for a cellphone not a tablet, the caller explained that the codes for the two products were similar. I then told them that I don't want a cellphone. I was advised to return it after receiving it. I took the device to Potchefstroom store but they didn't take it. I'm currently stuck with a phone I do not need. I sent emails hoping to get this resolved but the communication from Game is nolonger happening.
