Poor service

Bought articles. They couldn't deliver, and excuses for everything, and wrong article and more trouble regarding refund. Would never recommend them as it's pathetic service

Order *** still no refund still being **** to regards the so called refund. I want an apologyin writing from game on letterhead and immediate refund as this untasteful poor service has gone way too long and is really pathetic. I'm awaiting response today

One of the 2 article was refunded. The duvet is still outstanding and not refunded. Please wake up and look there was 2 article on one purchase. You still owe me the balance of the refund not paid on this order. The dinner and cutlery set was paid. You didn't refund the duvet. I need my refund now

Still no refund. Apperantly the article is with courrier company now for weeks. Yet I get no refund and more excuses. Pathetic
