poor service delivety a norm

Went and bought a dishwasher on special with free delivery, only went to game because of the special, sales person promised delivery today, phoned now and was told that after two days the order has not been processed or dispatched yet because the cashier made a mistake, that was the managers excuse but I have to ask who has to train your staff and who's fault is it if they don't know, management? bought another appliance from hi fi corp, who is 10km further away which was at my house two hours later. fantastic service from them, much to be desired from game.
