Poor service delivery GAME and Time Freight.

No service delivery. Bought washing machine on black Friday, still no machine two weeks later. Expected date of delivery was supposed to be between 3 to 5 days. Received one sms message product has been dispatched and courier will be in contact. Contacted GAME on two occasions with a promise they will come back to me. Still no progress. On Monday 3 Dec, received a call from Time Freight couriers that delivery will happen latest Tuesday morning. Still NO DELIVERY to date. Phoned again Tuesday morning and was later cut off due to no response. Phoned Wednesday, 5 Dec, and was referred to Chante, GAME deliveries. She promised delivery on Wednesday, no delivery. I received a call from Khula that delivery will happen on 5 Dec. Still no delivery. On Friday, 7 Dec, I was transferred to Charlene who promised to return my call within an hour. She returned my call and assured me the parcel has indeed been loaded and marked as a priority. At 15:30 today I followed up on Time Freight and spoke to Charlene again who again assured me my parcel will be delivered today. On 8:30pm on Friday, 7 Dec , I have still not received my parcel after I have paid in full.
