Poor service delivery

You guys are just useless and unprofessional. I bought a sound bar online on the 6 of May even today it hasn't been delivered. I called your customer care line multiple times without any help. They even hang up the call. Am so disappointed. I never thought game as a big company can behave like they are new in this business. Be careful of what you buy online. They are quick to take your money but they never deliver. It's been 30days of waiting without no communication
