POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

When game have specials, Game at Westgate mall will FOREVER be out of stock. I do not know if they don't stock or fill up the shelves. Even when i go to the shop two days after they have published the special. YOU WILL FIND NO STOCK IN THE STORE. This is not acceptable and even when you ask the store manger will also say they don't know when the stock will arrive or they will call you once they have the stock but they NEVER DO.
