Poor service delivery

I will never buy anything from them, I not even recommend it to anyone. I bought stationery online from game store online shop, they have a promise of 5-7 days max to deliver. I recieved one item of the 12 items that I bought. I called them holding for over an hour they told me there has been an error on the system my parcel will be delivered the next day which was friday. I called the yesterday, they said it will be delivered sometime this week. My kids have to cover the books and prepare for school, they cant even give me a specific day. I ask to speak to the controller at baywest wharehouse named Irvin, he said he will call me back, till now I haven't recieved a single call.
