Poor service delivery and customer service

Poor services

I bought a fridge on Black Friday and they said it would be delivered on Saterday, thereafter they said it would be delivered on Wednesday which was the 29th of November, today is the 1st of December and still no delivery. I phoned multiple times regarding my complaint and they keep putting me through to enquiries to which there is no answer. They have poor customer services and the lady on the phone was rude. She didn't allow me to speak and just put me through after I phone 3 times for this complaint. In addition, I contacted their WhatsApp number.
