Poor service delivery.
The store at Cresta was visited four times during the past two weeks to update a cell phone contract with a contract advertised by Game. Each time I was informed by the personnel that the store's computers are off line and that they will phone me when they are ready to complete the transaction. I'm still waiting, frustrated by this poor service delivery and the unnecessary exposure during the lock in period.

She prepared the application in my absence and notified me when it was completed to collect. Her attitude and assistance is praiseworthy
