Poor service delivery

I purchased a LG 50" TV at game store in Bloedmall Pretoria CBD on the 4th of January 2022. The shop assistant who assisted me took the TV out of the box alone and she switched it on and it only showed a logo. I asked her why isn't it playing like other TV's and she said it's because it wasn't properly connected and she immediately switched it off after I asked her that. She lifted the TV all by her self and she put it back to the box. Because it was late, I told her that I will be collecting it tomorrow and she said I'm supposed to take it with me because she already made it ready for collection. I asked her if it was possible to reverse everything and start over so that I can come the next day for collection and she said it's impossible for her to do that. I took the TV with me and when I got home we checked it and read the manual and we discovered that it had a crack. Based on the instructions on how to handle the TV, it wasn't supposed to be lifted by one person. We called the store the next day and they failed to assist us. We called the Game head office and also sent an email and they told us they'll investigate the matter then call us after 2 days. It's been weeks without getting any assistance from them. We went back to store and they said it's not their responsibility that the TV has a crack it's either I get it fixed or I buy another TV because I signed a document that stated that the TV is in a good condition and they didn't care about how the TV was handled. I believe the TV got a crack when she put it back to the box and she was aware that's why she said it was impossible for her to reverse the whole process because she knew the TV will be checked again before it gets out of the store. The way the TV cracked shows that that's where her thumb was when she lifted it. Till this day they haven't called to give an update on how the investigation is going.
