POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

To whom it may concern,

I ordered a laptop and printer combo from Game Stores but only received the printer, I have called Game multiple times at my expense and I have sent emails WITH NO RESPONSE or acknowledgement of my emails, I need the laptop during this lockdown but it seems Game is failing me.

I call them every week, I get put on hold for 30 minutes and then the consultant promises to get back to me and NEVER does.

GAME PLEASE URGENTLY ASSIST WITH THIS ISSUE!
