POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

i would hello peter to help with my complain regarding Game store in Greenstone mall and not getting help from Head office also,

I took in my 55 inch Sinotec Tv to game store in Greenstone mall on the 06 May 2021around 11:00 , there problem its shows a Vertical lines . i bought it the in 2017 October. when i arrived there they test the TV in front of me and they saw those lines and they told me to leave it and i left my proof of purchase which is my bank statement cause i didn't have a purchase slip, The following morning on the 7th May i receive a call from Game store in Greenstone mall around 9;00 by the lady called Lettie which she was not part of the testing time when we tested Tv, she said to me Her Manager said i must come and take back my TV cause it does have a Crack and its Blank which when i left my Tv was not blank, i told her to tell her manager to contact me cause i wont go there and take it back. i didnt receive any call from the Store manager on that day. Then i took the step to contact their Head office and they told me that they will contact me back within 48 hours, Then on 10th May 2021 i called head office back cause i didn't receive a call back from them , then they told me that they close my complain cause the store manager will contact me, at the very same time on the 10th May 2021 i contact store manager his name is Joseph, he said to me his waiting for Technician he will contact me back , i waited the whole day i didn't receive any call. i Call Head office again on Wednesday on the 12th May 2021 for follow up about my complain and they asked me if the manager hasn't contact me back and i told then No, then they said they will contact him to find out what is happening, then Head office contact me back with the same story of saying Store manager said his waiting for Technician and he told then that i didn't submit my Proof of Purchase which makes me wonder if he told them that then his not doing his job probably cause i left a copy of my bank statement with his team and customer service. again i called Head office today in morning on the 14 May 2021 to do follow up which they didn't have feedback for me instant the lady said she will contact me back which i haven't receive any call from her, So Store Manager for Game in Green stone mall he hasn't contact me since the 6th of May 2021. Please Hello Peter can you help me with this issue.
