Poor Service Delivery

I went to Game store last week Wednesday 2022-01-05 to buy Fridge and some house hold essentials. To my surprise to which I only rembered days later, is that, I actually qualified for the 10% vaccine discount. As a customer when going there I rembered that but forgot because of something that was happening while I was there. No one, I mean no one cared to inform Me of the discount… not even the sales person who assisted Me when buying the fridge nor the cashier herself. Now my question is, if they can’t tell us as customers, how are we as going to know of such? I lost the discount I qualified for because of poor customer service.
