Poor Service Delivery

My son bought a tv at Game in Welkom five months ago. He had problems with the tv from day one. Today (2022-04-07) he returned it for the third time. They said they can not replace it, they have to send it for repair and he can only get it back in May. This for me is poor service delivery!!! I will never in my life buy electronic equipment from Game in Welkom
