Poor service delivery

I would like to Express my dissatisfaction with the service I recieved from game store at Vaal Mall. I bought a cellphone contract on the 29 of February 2020. The contract was supposed to be accompanied by the power bank. At the time of the sale the power bank wasn't available. Up to date I haven't received the power bank. I am running out of patience because this sale took place long before this covud19.
