Poor Service delivery

To whom this concern,

Compliant regarding a Cell phone I ordered on the 18/12/2018 using Game's online ordering system. At the time of the purchase, their system showed the item in stock and delivery will be within 3-5 days of order. Up until today, this item has still not been delivered. Still showing the same on the system since the day I paid for it, “In Progress”. Not even a coutesy call to say there is a problem or anything.

This phone was supposed to be a Christmas gift to my son, it is now the 7th of January and still no phone. I have made numerous calls to Games call centre who are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I have telephonic recordings of my last two calls to their call centre, besides my frustration, you will hear promises from their agents that they will get back to me but never did. I have on numerous times requested a senior (Supervisor or manager’s) details, and the call centre staff just refuse to give me the details. Please check all my calls in and the I expect action to be taken against all these individuals. I think the various people are Ollence, Alexander, and two other women which I cannot remember their names. I logged a comment on their Facebook page and had a response which requested my contact details on the 02/01/2019, I sent my details and still not a single call to date. I have checked your FB page and Hellopeter and found many people having similar problems. Order number : ********** 24 My cell phone number : ********** 751

I will never order anything from Game online again or even use any of your stores. I will log this on Hellopeter as well just to help the next person considering buying anything from Game.

Please can someone contact me with a solution to this problem ASAP. I expect a written apology as well from a senior executive of Game
