poor service delivery

i was at the store yesterday to close my account and one of the consultants called the call center for them to assist me but i had to hold the line for long and my account ended up not being closed and i wont make any payment after today i want them to close this account i want nothing to do with game anymore my number is ********** 977 i want them to call me and make sure they close this account

Game responding in private this morning but still no one has contacted me regarding my account that I want to close its the same **** service I got yesterday at the store while I was holding on the line for a customer service consultant to help me
