Poor service

I have a problem with game stores. I bought a computer some time in June, only used it twice then it was not working and has a 1year warranty. They said they will contact me within 21 days, since early October up until now there is no communication If I go to the shop they wait for the call. What should I do now. I really need to use the computer now. Process very cumbersome
