poor service

The service at Game west street branch in Durban cbd is really poor. theres always less staff on the tills even on paydays. the staff give ******* services as if they doing you a favour mean while we are there to buy and support the business. how can you have 2 cashiers working when the store is full. I'm really not happy. this has been happening for months now.
