Poor service

Today I went to Game N1 City to open cell phone contract, I was very disappointed with the service I received. I was told to wait for Rose the lady who's apparently dealing with cell phone contracts, I waited there for more than an hour with no help and Rose was no where to be found. No communication at all I had to keep asking the guys who were assisting customers who were purchasing electronics and they called her 3 times she kept on saying she is coming, they should give me the form to fill in so long, I filled the form and left with it cause Rose did not pitch up. What annoyed me mostly was the fact that no one knew were she was and no communication at all.

I asked to speak with her manager Lucy but couldn't get her. I was assisted by Mellisa the manager for a different department she tried to locate Rose and her manger but the waiting was way too much at the time. I left the shop with out being assisted.

I am super disappointed and disgusted with the service I received at N1 City.
