poor service

i ordered an electric heater online on the 11th of June. It was then delivered to me on the 22nd and when i opened it 1 of the bars was broken and it had a dent. I reported it the same day and logged a return. Courier arrived on the 29th to puck it up. Today its the 11th of July still nothing
