Poor service

I ordered a 4 door space saver from Game. I was told that it will be available for pick-up at Pavillion the next day as they had more than 4 in stock. I arranged for my courier to pick-up at my expense. Then I receive an email stating that my order is not ready and they are still trying to source the stock.
