Poor service

I went to Game store in mall of Africa on the 18th October to buy an airfryer. I got there and there was no one to assist because there were two prices on the airfryer I was interested in.i went to the counter to ask for assistance they paged the lady 15 minutes later I was still waiting for her so I went back to the counter for the second time and asked for help they told me they paged her she is coming no one was willing to help me so I waited for another 15 minutes until I decided to leave and bought my airfryer at hifi Corp.so disappointed with the poor service from Game store
