poor service

To the owners of Game(Massdiscounters) Your service delivery is absolutely shocking..I am still waiting 2 weeks later for refund that was suppose to take 3 to 5 working days(according to your own service delivery terms!). I have contacted both your call center and online support, spoken to at least 10 agents, only to be met with a different excuse everytime! For everyday that this continues, I will be posting an update on your complete and utter lack of regard of service delivery for your customers!
