Poor Service

On the 15th of December i ordered a Campmaster Flocked Queen + Pump + Pillow Combo and i paid via EFT and my delivery was confirmed as successful. To my surprise on the 23rd of December i received an email saying my order has been cancelled with out any reason given to me. I then called their Call Centre and spoke to Kagiso an she told me that my order is out of stock hence it was cancelled. My question was why did their system allowed me to place my order and pay if the item was out of stock. She then promise to check with other branches if they have it on stock and came back to me within an hour and gave me *** and never came back to me till today. I then call the following day and spoke to Akhona and she sang the very same song like Kagiso's one and she never came back to me as well. Till today no one came back to me with update or feedback and my money still not refunded as well. I just feel that their service is very perthitic and unprofessional. All i want is what i have ordered and I will never do business with Game as it shows that they do not value their client at all.
