Poor Service
Poor service I received at GAME Store in Kokstad, I reported faulty washing maching at the store Assmt/Repair ***. Today they tell me that, they don't work with Extended warranty, yet I purchased Extended warranty in store. They are trying to **** me.

09 Feb 2024, 15:20The stories I keep getting from Game Stores, they Told my that the Technician will attend to my washing machine on the06th February, on the 07th I sent an email to *** to follow-up, No response. today the 09th I phoned customer service line and the stories I got today are, the query was updated on the 08th that the Technician will contact me. They never contacted me. now they say the query will be escalated to extended warranty department, mind you this extended warranty department is the same one I sent them an email and they never responded.
these people are playing games, i really don't know what kind of customer service is this.
