Poor Service

I bought a washing machine from Game Southgate Mall yesterday and it was delivered about 45 minutes ago. We opened it and there is a dent on the side at the bottom. I have been calling ever since I've noticed this but I am being ignored and my calls are also not being returned. I want my money back so that I can go and shop at another store where customer service is top priority.
