Poor service by Game on an online order

I placed an online order for a Bluetooth speaker with game and I was promised that the turnaround time for my item to be delivered would be 10 days, which later upon querying the delay in the delivery of my speaker I was told that they were referring to working days only.

I waited and the 10 working days passed and still my speaker was not delivered ans when it was eventually delivered it was missing a microphone, a remote control, as well as the user manual.

Since the day it was delivered till date I've been communicating with Game and they've been taking from pillar to post telling me that my matter will be escalated to the store that processed the order as if I'm lying about not receiving these particular items.

I badly wanted to use the speaker on the Christmas lunch that we are organizing at home but now as each day passed I'm losing hope of receiving the missing items in time for Christmas.
