POOR SERVICE

I bought defy stove in May 2020, the oven is not working. I went to report at game on 27 July 2020 and I was told that they have reported to the defy technicians and will come to check but till to date 03 august 2020 no one came, I went to report again on 29 July till to date no one even called or to came to check
