Poor service.
I placed an order online on the 30th of June, I'm still waiting on it. When I call they tell me that they are still processing it. How long does it take to buy a new laptop and deliver it, because I was also told that the dispatcher lost it

If you cannot solve the issue within this week, can I please have my money back. I have lost on good deals on other stores because I have been giving this store a benefit of a doubt.
