Poor Service

I have been trying to pay my Game account for the past 3 days. Their app uses the payu platform but it refuses to work and the same platform on other apps worked. I then logged on online and used their self service portal. The payment part has massive bugs and kept rendering my payment amount to 0, then gave me errors. This is really frustrating as I like the freedom to pay my account with different amounts based on my extra income. I also don't go into stores as I have serious underlying issues hence I don't put myself at risk. We are living in 2021 and I cannot pay my account online. This is unacceptable!
