Poor service

I have a problem with game online i bought a fridge on the 25/11/2021 and i was told to wait for 10 working days for my fridge to be delivered but up until today i havent received the fridge. I have called the customer care but noluck they keep on saying they will do follow up and call me me back but nothing. So my advice to you do not buy from game online they don't deliver and their customer support is useless you don't get assistance. I am even thinking of cancelling my order and buy from other stores.
