Poor service
I bought a printer online. After placing the order I realized it was the wrong printer and phoned them to cancel the order (yesterday). After cancelling the order telephonic-ally, today, I receive a notification that the order has been dispatched. So they didn't cancel the order. Which means I will have to wait for delivery, go to store, return it and then wait how many days to get a refund. Very frustrating how poor their service is. Reminder to myself, never buy from Game ever again

12 Apr 2024, 19:40Hi. You are too late. They have already delivered. Which means I have to go to a store and sort it out now. And wait forever to get a refund. All of this after phoning Game 5 minutes after the order was placed. Really bad service.
