Poor Service

Buying on line has to be the worse when you have an issue . I bought a TV in March 2022 and the TV gave us issues in February 2023 and I sent my query in February 2033 and can’t believe I have not been assisted it’s been back and forth queries and picture request. My family has had no TV since February. It’s sad because I’ve been buying from game for a long time and the minute I have a problem there is not help.
