Poor Service at Game Vosloorus store

I just had the worst and poorest service at Game Vosloorus. I bought a fridge from them which has now stopped working. I had also bought an extended warranty for the fridge. I went to the store on Wednesday the 20th Jan to report the fridge and they lodged a call for me. I followed-up several times with them regarding the fixing of my fridge but to no avail. I don't understand how they expect me to survive without a fridge for such a long period. I called the store manager today 26 Jan and she did not even display any concern. She was not even bothered. There was no sense of urgency regarding my matter. She indicated that they might come today or tomorrow. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy appliances from this store as they have the lousiest and worst service.
