Poor service at Game Stores

Good evening I trust you are well. I bought a TV from Game Store at Retail Park . The date of purchase was the 23rd of August 2021, the tv was placed in the box until it was unboxed on the 16th Nov 2021. The tv was wall mounted and to my suprise the tv didn’t work. I have sent emails to inform them about the issue. They are refusing to take the tv back . It’s still wrapped to it’s original packaging. The tv was never use.
