Poor Service at Game Store Mall@Reds

Game at Mall@Reds has poor service indeed. I stood and waited at the sports section for 30 minutes without assistance. I asked for assistance from customer service, they announced 3 times in 10 minute intervals on the store intercom for someone to assist me and dololo. I ended up being assisted 30 minutes later by a guy who seemed as if he didn't want work there. I won't be coming back to this Game Store for sure.
