Poor service at game store mafikeng

On 18 May 2020 I visited Game store Mafikeng to report Plasma TV that is not working. I was advised to bring TV at the store for inspection. On 22 May 2020 I lodge or submitted receipt nd TV as per request. I was told to return TV back. I did paid R250 for transport cost. I was told that the technician he is going to come to my place and do repairs. I tried to make a follow up several times but I havent heard anything from them. I was assisted by official by the name of William. He promised to help me regarding the matter but he never contacted me back. I decided to go to Game store nd see Store Manager. He also promises to assist me but he always keep empty promise. He confirmed that he will sent techniacn to collect TV at my residential address. I'm really dissatisfied with the service.
