poor service at GAME store jabulani mall

<p>I bought a washing machine at game store jabulani mall soweto on staturday 05-08-2017 , the washing machine was on promotion it included a free clothing baskert. i was told to come back on monday to collect the baskert because they where out of stork. i went back to the store on tuestday beacause i was working on monday, when i got to the store i went to the washing machine department i was being assisted by a rude lady her name was Phindile Ndlovu. I told her am here to collect my baskert as i was promised, she asked for my invoce and i showed her, she sent her coleague to look for it in the store room and they could not find it, i asked her whats is the solution to this, she told me to come back on thursday beacuse the person who sold the machine is not on duty and will only return on thursday. I told her am working on thursday and i wont be able to come, she replyed by saying thats not her problem. I then asked her that can i speak to the mananger, she told me she is the mananger for the washing machine department, i further asked her that i want to lay a complin, she told me the head office for game store is at durban so i should go to durban if i want to complain. This was an insult to me i am very dissapinted by the treatment i got from Phindile Ndlovu at game store jabulani mall soweto i was treated like trash so dissapointed and thinking of taking back their washing machine. this is no way to treat a customer.</p>
