Poor service at game store in jabulani

I went to jabulani game store, the time was 17h24. When I was about to go in the security wouldn't let me in and when I ask why he said the store is closed. I then asked what time is it suppose to close and he said 17h30. I showed him the time and he said that his time was different. I asked for supervisor and he just waiting at the door without calling him after 5 minutes he just screamed for 1 of the consultants to let me in and that guy just walked away. At that time there were 4 more people on the door complaining as well and at the door there is a paper informing clients that the store closes at 19h00. I was very disappointed at the service and unprofessional from staff
