POOR SERVICE AT GAME STORE

Game store in Lichtenburg sucks when it comes to delivering service. You as customer have to search for staff to help you, the shelves are not stocked and untidy, no prices on goods and when you complain about something that you bought that is faulty, the staff have a big attitude. When asking to see the manager you are ignored or told that he is not available. I reported them to Game customer services and received a call from them where the lady told me that someone from senior management in Lichtenburg were told to phone us within 24 hours. Needless to say it's 48 hours later and still no one called. If the senior management have this attitude, no wonder the staff also have an attitude. If the manager is not fitted to do his job, Game must fire him and appoint someone that can do the job and control the staff. It's our hard earned money that we spend at Game and keeps the shop running, but then we have to deal with staff that treats us like they're doing us a big favour to serve us. Either fire all the staff or close the shop!
