Poor Service at Game Rosebank

On Sunday the 25th of Feb,I went to Game at Rosebank around 15h00.When I got to the meat counter there was no staff available at all and when I asked around other employees I was told that the Meat department is not part of Game but Marketside therefore I cant be assisted because the staff has knocked off.What I didnt understand is why the Rosebank Game employees didnt want to assist because we as customers are not interested in knowing how they manage their business but all I know is that I pay inside at Game not Marketside
