Poor service at Game Repairs section.

I bought a tv JVC 43 UHD ANDROID LT 43N7125 costs R7625.47 cash on the 26/02/2022. On the 9th July 2022 i brought it back because of load shedding fault no power unit in box on for repairs as it was still under warranty. Yesterday on the 19th July 2022 i was called by the lady with the name of Noluthando claiming that it cant be fixed because of ****roaches or else to pay R4500 on quote. Also bring R200 when collecting. Not fair its disgusting. Need your assistance. My contact no is ***.
