Poor service at Game regarding warranty

Good Day I bought a Whirlpool stove at Dionwired with extended warranty, these accounts have now been handed by Game Stores. My stove now needs to be repaired and have gone to Game numerous times to have them log a call with the warranty guys. I have been without a functioning stove for six weeks now and Game is giving me a run around. I am bitterly disappointed with their service because I have paid for that extended warranty. Should I fix the stove myself I'd be told the warranty is now null and void. Am tired and no one is responding after numerous calls. Can someone help me please!!!
