Poor service at Game Lichtenburg

Good During the Covid 19, I am staying home with my 6 month old baby, and since I have asthma and is considered high risk for retracting the virus, my doctor advised me to stay home.

I sent my husband to game with my game account card and my id and they refused to let him buy the bare necessities we needed to be able to function in this difficult time. I talked to the manager, Obakeng, and she was nothing short of rude and unhelpful. She did not have an ounce of compassion or any people s****s.

I am so disappointed to see that this is the way that Game treats its loyal customers. Unfortunately , untill something is done about the poor quality of customer service at Game Lichtenburg, game has just lost a loyal customer of many years.
