Poor service at Game Greenstone

I bought a fridge and microwave at Game Greenstone on the 21st of October 2019, I requested them to deliver the microwave with the fridge. The fridge that was delivered had dents and I informed the store & sent them an email with the pictures, I only got another one yesterday after I did a follow because I was not getting any positive response, which had a dent as well. I called their customer service call centre this morning, and later got a call from a representative telling that they will deliver the microwave at my workplace, as for the fridge (I sent an email this morning of the one that was delivered yesterday, with no response). I need HELP. The sales assistance who has been assisting at the Game Store Greenstone is Jamila
