Poor Service at Game Centurion mall

Poor customer service @ Centurion Mall

This man here by the name of Hendric, literally refused to help me, telling me that 4 of them there helping one customer, as if I was not a customer, one of them couldn’t help. I don’t think I’ll ever shop there again. His conduct was way out of line and very unprofessional. No assistance on the floor!

Just lost a loyal customer!
