Poor service at Game

I brought Xiaoma MI TV stick at game in April and it stopped working in October we returned the stock @game Promenade Mitchells Plain on the 01/11/2025 and we were told that they taking it for repairs it will be back in the next 21 days we are still waiting there was no communication ever since they took the stick you can contact me on ***
